How The
Matching Works.

A worker profile is not a mystery application, and an employer brief is not a generic job-board post.

The basic loop

Worker → Requirement → Match → Introduction → Feedback

The first version is human-reviewed on purpose.

1 · Worker Profile

Trade, role, location, radius, experience, relevant credentials, availability and contact details.

2 · Employer Brief

Trade, role, geography, hard requirements, pay, shift, headcount and urgency.

3 · Human Review

A candidate is only deliverable when the required filters fit. A high score cannot rescue the wrong trade or location.

Sharing rule: worker information may be shared with up to 3 matching employers or recruiting partners when the worker has explicitly agreed. Submission does not guarantee contact, an interview or employment.
For Employers

Define hard requirements first. Starter pilots use a documented definition of a qualified introduction.
